We are an "ON DEMAND" Business, which means we only process according to your order's and we don't carry any Inventory and only product item's when you order them!

All items are non-returnable/ non-refundable either it's a Regular item's with message cards or Personalized message Jewelry . Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to your order.

All of our products are made-to-order and customized just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds on personalized items.

Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production begins.

However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once verified, we’ll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost of the Product only.

Please note that shipping cost are non-refundable as All shipping fees are at the customers expense.

This includes shipping fees for a RETURN or EXCHANGE and import/ customs fee's for international shipments.

We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office, Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We proudly produce our products in our facilities in the USA and in the EU, unlike other custom companies, we DO NOT outsource our production.

How Long The Shipping?

Our current estimated delivery times are 5-8 business days per orders within the USA.

Canada and the rest of UE estimated delivery times will be 5-13 days per orders or depending in where you is located prior to estimated times of delivery.

This may increase slightly during the Holiday season due to our carriers.

For Personalized Products - Please allow additional 5-8 lead time.

Can I Return a Personalized Product?

We do not accept return's for order with specific customize or personalization products such as names, dates, sign-off , ETC.
