Every order is special to us, and we take great care in crafting and preparing your items.

Personalized / Made-to-Order Items

Because these products are created uniquely for you, we’re unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed. To ensure the best experience, please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order, as production begins right away.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-customized products, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

Clearance 'or' Sale Items
Gift Certificates
Personalized Items like photo jewelry and engraved products
Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

Damaged or Defective Items

Your happiness matters to us! We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many items, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If any item — personalized or not — arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. Once verified, we’ll quickly send a replacement at no extra cost

We do our best to keep shipping simple and transparent. Please note that shipping fees, including those for returns or exchanges, as well as any import or customs charges for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
