All of our products are Made-to-Order and Personalized just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds on personalized items.
Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production begins.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost of the Product only.
Please note that shipping cost are non-refundable as All shipping fees are at the customers expense.
This includes shipping fees for a RETURN or EXCHANGE and import/ customs fee's for international shipments.
We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office, Shipping fees are non-refundable.
